Offision splits booking services (ordered with the room) from in-use services (asked mid-meeting). Set up both if people need tea either way.
A booking service is ordered with the room — tea for ten at the start, cleaning at the end — and can take preparation time out of the room's availability. An in-use service is asked while the meeting is running, from the panel, the app or a QR code on the table. A service exists on one side or the other. It never appears on both, so anything people want in advance and mid-meeting is set up twice.
Yes — if you create both a booking service and an in-use service. The split is fixed when you create the service, not when somebody asks.
Room service is the hospitality moment people remember. Most offices still run it on a chat thread and a shout down the corridor.
