Recurring meetings

A standing weekly sync can keep blocking a room every Tuesday long after the project shipped. Series are easy to create and awkward to end — so ghost slots accumulate in silence.

How recurring booking limits work

On a booking policy, the Allow users to create recurrence booking switch controls whether standing series can be created. Turn it off for scarce rooms, or cap how far a series runs so finished projects stop holding the same slot every week. Override rules can re-allow recurring bookings for one group without opening it estate-wide.

Common questions

Yes. Booking rules can cap how far recurring bookings run and how many repeat instances someone can hold — finished projects stop filling the calendar every week.
