Offision can require a layout before the booking saves, and accept an uploaded plan when the fixed menu is not enough.

Must select and upload my own layout

Must select refuses the booking until a layout is chosen — turn it on where the room is reset between meetings. Allow user-upload layout adds Upload my own layout for events nobody can write a menu for; the image or PDF travels with the booking exactly as a chosen layout does. A Remarks for the setup box appears under the choice for the detail your menu could not anticipate.

Common questions

Can Offision require a layout or let bookers upload their own plan?

Yes. Must select blocks save until a layout is chosen. Allow user-upload adds a row for an image or PDF when the menu does not cover the event.
