Invite them to the building, not just the meeting

Offision treats an Outlook attendee as a meeting guest until someone invites them to the building. Then reception and the kiosk can see them.

How Offision turns a meeting guest into a visitor

Putting a supplier on the Outlook meeting does not put them on the reception list. In Offision the host also sends a visitor invitation. That creates the code, the desk row and the kiosk path. Until then they are only a meeting attendee.
