Problems you recognise Campus admin

The kit is booked in a different room

The class has a room. The projector, cart or lab kit was booked on a separate list — or not at all. Someone walks the equipment to the wrong door, or two classes think they have the same screen.

Who pays for this today

The same problem costs each group something different — and they rarely compare notes.

Common questions

Yes. Create the room and the equipment, then turn on booking multiple resources at once on the policy. The teacher picks both on the same form.

Set the equipment's location to the room it lives in. The form then offers it with that room, instead of as a campus-wide item.

If check-in is on, unused equipment can release after the grace period — the same no-show path as an empty room.
