Common questions

Does picking a layout change room capacity?

No. Capacity is the room's own field and does not change with the layout. A theatre seats more people than a boardroom in real life — Offision does not calculate that from the picture.

Does choosing a layout filter the room list?

No. Choosing a layout never filters which rooms appear — the room decides which layouts exist. Pick the room first; the menu follows.

Does the layout appear in the booking email?

Not in the confirmation the organiser receives. The choice shows on the booking itself and to whoever approves it, so facilities and approvers see the plan before the meeting.
