Common questions

Do we still need someone at the gate?

Yes. The kiosk absorbs routine print-and-scan. The person at the barrier handles exceptions, dismissal matching and anyone the form cannot admit.

Can we batch-print labels for a school event?

Pre-registered guests already have a record. Print their badges at the gate as they arrive, or prepare them from today's list before the rush. The photo is captured when they check in.

Does a forwarded QR get someone in?

The scan opens the visitor profile with the photo taken at the gate. A code that does not match the person in front of the guard is a stop, not an entry.
