Offision lets the person expecting the guest send the invitation. The guest arrives with a code; reception already has them on the list.
In Offision the host — not reception, not an administrator — sends the invitation. The guest gets an email with a code. That code is what the desk, a lobby kiosk or the room panel scans. Reception sees the visit on today's list before anyone arrives.
