Take the room out of booking when it cannot be used

Offision keeps the ticket open until the fault is fixed. If the room should stop taking meetings, close it in Booking — a ticket alone will not.

How Offision separates tickets from closing a room

A ticket tracks the fault against that room. It does not stop new bookings. If the projector is dead and the room should not be reserved, close or hide the resource in Booking. Facilities then fix the ticket; Booking stops the next meeting walking into a dead room.
