Problems you recognise Campus admin
Offision groups say who someone is. The policy says how far they may book. You need both.
A user group names staff, students or a department. It does not carry a booking window until a policy does. Create the groups in Directory, write the date-range on the policy, then assign the policy to the rooms those people book.
Not by themselves. Groups name people. Attach a policy with the date range, then assign it to the rooms.
Teachers book the lab a term ahead. Students should only hold a study room this week. One booking window for everyone means the rooms fill with the wrong people.
