Problems you recognise Rooms and desks
Pushing bookings out but not reading changes back means every reschedule, shortened meeting and cancellation made in Outlook silently goes missing.
Room sync from Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace is two-way: create, move, shorten or cancel in Outlook or Teams and Offision updates the room, panel and map — and changes made in Offision flow back to the calendar.
With two-way sync there is a single availability record, so the second attempt sees the first and is refused, rather than accepted and reconciled later.
When bookings live in two systems that sync loosely, people stop trusting both — and start double-booking on purpose.
