Offision can put the room and the kit on one booking, so a free hall never pairs with a cart that is already promised.
Allow user booking multiple resources at once on the policy. The teacher picks the hall and the cart on one form. Offision refuses the slot if either side is already taken, so the two diaries cannot silently diverge.
When multiple resources are allowed on one booking, both save together. If either is taken, the slot is refused.
The class has a room. The projector, cart or lab kit was booked on a separate list — or not at all. Someone walks the equipment to the wrong door, or two classes think they have the same screen.
