Invite them before they arrive — or walk them in

Offision lets staff invite a guest before they travel. If nobody sent a code, the gate registers them as a walk-in in one form.

How Offision pre-registration and walk-in work at a school

Staff send an invitation with a QR. The guest arrives already on today's list. Someone who turns up without a code is a walk-in: reception or the gate tablet opens one form, picks the visit type, and saves — that save checks them in. There is no second step.
